I’ve already been thinking about what kind of restaurant I’m running and I’m stumped, lol. I make dinners 3-4 nights a week, and my husband and kids are in charge of 3 nights a week but I help sometimes. We cook mostly from scratch. Lunches and breakfasts are generally on a fend for yourself basis 😆 When I cook, I cook from lots of different cuisines, everything is gluten free and I have a huge spice collection that I use liberally. It’s my husband and I and our twin 14 year olds at home. What would you call that?? I really want to “name it and claim it” so we can better define what we are doing and improve it!
