Super easy holiday treat - melt dark chocolate chips or chunks (double-boiler style) and dip mandarin slices in them. Lay on waxed paper or silicone and sprinkle with a teeny bit of sea salt before they cool. If you are in a rush you can put in the freezer to harden the chocolate. Tonight I’m just leaving them on the counter to set.
