If you don’t do a ham or turkey for your main dish on thanksgiving, what do you have ? This year we are having catfish and hush puppies with the traditional Thanksgiving sides! We haven’t been real thrilled with the ham and/or turkey we’ve cooked in the past, so we are doing something else. We usually provide the meat, but my stepdad has said he’d cook this for us. Woot!
