Routines Reset Check - I took all my half started lists and scraps of routine ideas and wishes. Sorted them into piles based on if they were work or home. Then sketched out a rough week example on the SB weekly blank calendar. Then I finalized the ideas by putting them as events in my calendar and making a list to keep in each of my WKBX 1.0’s day of the week. Now tonight I can do my one hour (ish) nighttime routine. It’s mostly self-care stuff but it includes to check my days and lists for tomorrow. It’s been exciting to see how everyone tackled it. I know this will help me keep it going AND be much easier to tweak when it comes time for the next reevaluation.
