I cant event articulate what I just got out of the routine reset. I've been noodling around in my head about my routines since I started listening in 2020..... I've done most of the programs and I always get stumped. Something just clicked today! Repetition is key. Everything starts in the mind. I'll post my worksheets below. EDIT: One ahah moment is that I do admin for my business in the afternoon and teach dance in the evenings. I am often home at 9pm or later. I've chosen to flip my day. - 9am morning routine to home and family time -2pm afternoon routine to admin and then teaching/work/gigs -9pm evening routine to family time and self care/prep for next day
