I am really enjoying the Reset Routines Blitz. Yesterday I came up with my ideal morning routine, which involves 15 steps (including reading my Bible and practising my piano.) It also involves 3 evening preparatory tasks. The evening before I prepare my breakfast, set up my kettle to make tea, and lay out my clothes for the next day. I did those 3 things yesterday evening and this morning went through my entire routine in 2 1/4 hours. All done by 8:00 a.m.! Absolutely great, because making time to practise my piano has always been a struggle for me. The game changer? Preparing my green smoothie and berries the night before. It saves so much time in the morning! I am really pleased.
