My BFF and I are working the Blitz! Yesterday, I made my mom's scalloped potatoes and my friend made the same for her family. I made cranberry sauce in my clay pot, prepped the stuffing and we made apple crisp for my husband. Today, we decorated Christmas cookies at our catering job where I work on-call. I was able to work and get the extra income because I had already made all my Thanksgiving side dishes!! Preparation pays off!!!! #holidayblitz
